mindfulness retreat

The retreat provides the opportunity for our young people to escape their environment of gang culture to a tranquil space by the seaside. Many of our young trench-rooted people have become entangled in gang life due to poverty and have also never had the opportunity to go on holiday. This retreat provides them with the experience to be able to take some time out in the countryside to reshape their mindset. Taking them away from their negative environment provides them with the opportunity to express themselves in a safe environment and be children again.
